Information we collect

The enquiry form requires your company, name, email address and requirements. Please provide the information needed for us to understand and respond to your enquiry.

If you start an enquiry from a product page, we also save the product identifier, name and page address with your enquiry. The website verifies this product information before saving it. The current enquiry form does not accept new file attachments.

The form system also records the submission time, IP address, browser information and referring page when available. These technical details support the operation and security of the enquiry service.

How we use enquiry information

We use enquiry information to understand your requirements, reply to you and follow up on the products or services you ask about.

Where enquiry information is kept

Enquiries are stored in the website database using WordPress and Formidable Forms. A notification containing the enquiry details and any linked product information is sent to our sales mailbox. Email notifications are separate copies of the information stored on the website.

For the production website, our designated hosting provider is Hostinger. Our enquiry notifications use Tencent business email. These services process information as needed to provide hosting and email delivery.

Cookies and access controls

The website uses technical cookies to control access to the enquiry confirmation page and to support authorized staff sign-in. Only website administrators may view enquiry records. Other staff roles do not have access to the enquiry records or historical attachment downloads.

Historical enquiry attachments, where present, use a protected staff download rather than a public file link. The current form does not collect new attachments.

Retention and deletion requests

We retain enquiry records in the website database, related sales emails and the backup copies we keep indefinitely. We do not apply scheduled automatic deletion to these enquiry records.

Only administrators handle requests to correct or delete enquiry information. To make a request, email sales@jzfastener.com with enough information to identify the enquiry. An administrator will review the request and handle any deletion manually, including the relevant website, email and backup copies. Please do not send passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Staff sign-in security

We use a local login-attempt protection system to help secure staff accounts. It can record an IP address, the username used in an attempted sign-in, failure and lockout counts, and timestamps. Sign-in and security checks also use technical cookies and temporary access tokens.

The main lockout log is cleared manually by an administrator. Some temporary security records expire or are removed during later security activity; this is separate from our enquiry-record retention policy. We do not use the plugin’s cloud service or email notification service for these login records.
