3. What materials are your screws made of?

Our screws are made from high-quality materials to meet different application needs:

• SAE 1022 heat-treated carbon steel, with Class 3 or Class 4 mechanical coating for excellent corrosion resistance.

• Stainless steel SS304 or SS316, commonly used for decking screws in coastal or outdoor environments.

• Bi-metal (stainless steel + hardened carbon steel tip), ideal for self-drilling screws, combining corrosion resistance with drilling performance into metal.

Customizations can also include head style, thread type, tip design, coating — customizing to your project requirements. We also have a full range of testing equipment to ensure that all custom screws meet mechanical performance and quality requirements.

6. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

For OEM products or items that require made-to-order production, the MOQ is typically one pallet per item.

5. How long is your lead time?

For products that are in stock, the lead time is typically 5–10 days, we can ship directly from our warehouse in Sydney. For OEM orders or products that require made-to-order production, the lead time is usually 40–50 days, depending on the complexity and order quantity.
